Inch Valley Preserves

The Inch Valley property is over 100 years old and has an orchard with apples, pears, plums, peaches, grapes, crab apples, red and black currants, gooseberries, rhubarb, etc. Friends and neighbours also supply their surplus, including fantastic free range eggs. Lemons, figs and shallots are grown in Blenheim. No artificial preservatives or other additives are used in their jams, chutneys, jellies, mustards, fruit pastes, sauces, pickles, verjuice, biscotti, shortbread and brownies. Gift hampers available.
